Quick Link Re-Order Documents

We don't keep your personal information on our servers longer than necessary. This is for your data security. The only information we keep is an invoice record on our ledger. That means you can not simply add extra dates to an order placed weeks before.

But... to make it easy and save time we always encode a quick order link in the shipping email.

All you need to do is find the last email for the employee. Click the link (at the bottom) and the main information will be input. All you do is enter dates and amounts.

If pay is often different check the carry forward option. The year to date figures from the last payslip will show and continue on.

If you have deleted the last email you will have to start again with a new order.
