Although our system can run automated, we found users would abandon orders if they didn't get it right first time. Often the problem would be simple data entry errors... so now we check it to provide a better experience.
We're still fast. During office hours* it will be a few minutes. At other times we'll process ASAP without guarantees.
You'll soon get an email with PDF copies attached. Keep an eye on your mailbox & junk filter (just in-case).
Print & post documents ship weekdays at 3pm but you receive an email first.
